Stephen McDaniel, J.D., A.E.P., E.P.L.S., is a grandparent who is senior partner with the law firm of Williams, McDaniel, Wolfe and Womack, P.C., in Memphis, Tennessee. He is the President of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and Past President of the Estate Law Specialist Board, Inc.
He is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Council, a Certified Estate Planning Specialist, and n Accredited Estate Planner. His practice is limited to estate planning and probate administration. Mr. McDaniel has written articles for several publications, including the Journal of the American Society of CLU, Broker World, and Life Association News, and has been quoted in Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine and USA Today.
Mr. McDaniel received his undergraduate and law degrees from University of Memphis. He served for many years as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Memphis School of Law teaching estate planning and estate and gift taxation.
